- Custom Orders: Handcrafted within 7-12 business days, then shipped.
Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced if marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns
At Capsul, we are committed to producing the highest quality jewelry and ensuring your satisfaction with every piece.
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry:
- Non-personalized items, including block jewelry, are eligible for free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
- Can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase.
- After 48 hours, custom orders are final sale due to their unique nature.
- We offer a Happiness Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your custom piece, we’ll repair or remake it up to two times to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Please note: We are not responsible for remakes due to incorrect size, color, material, or customization details entered at the time of purchase.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at hello@capsuljewelry.com with your order details, a description of any issues, and the reason for your return.
- Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA). Capsul will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns or exchanges.
Processing Timeline
- Once we receive your return, allow 6-8 weeks for review, repairs, remakes (if needed), and delivery of the replacement item(s).
- Note: Replacements cannot be made or shipped until we’ve received the original item(s) in their complete, original packaging.
